Leigh Wilson-Versaggi

Leigh is also a Tampa native and the principal architect of FLW Preservation Design. She brings more than 20 years of historic preservation experience, an artist's eye and fine appreciation of historic craftsmanship. She holds a Master of Architecture from the University of South Florida School of Architecture and Community Design. Her work includes preservation of some of Tampa's most iconic buildings including the University of Tampa's Plant Hall. She has also been involved in the 'rescue' of many historic houses in Tampa's historic neighborhoods. Her understanding of federal tax credit requirements and Secretary of Interior Standards has made her an expert in this area, often doing forensic work to prove the age of buildings and their additions. Leigh has served on several City of Tampa civic boards, including Ybor City's Barrio Latino Commission and as a member of Tampa Preservation, Inc. She has received numerous awards of distinction for her preservation work on her clients' homes and businesses.
